A soapbox thought (not directed at anyone who reads this journal): When someone posts (or in the real world, says) something concerning their beliefs about a certain deity or deities, it's really disgustingly rude to reply with something to the effect of, "Why worry about what an imaginary being thinks?" and then give generic advice ( Read more... )

My mom did this sort of diet. I can't remember which Type I was now, I think A maybe? There's one that's more heavily vegetarian and I was all SCORE because I am a vegetarian.

I recently started having rice milk. Normal milk isn't particularly good for you every single day and soy milk gives me an allergic reaction in my throat. It's pretty ok. I don't think I could drink a glass of it plain (unless it's chocolate rice milk, then I can) but if you're looking to use it as something to put on your cereal, etc, it's great!

Yep, that's A. I remember when my instructor first told us about it and gave a basic rundown of the types, I thought, "maybe I am type A because I feel really great after eating veggies." (As in, I don't think any food makes me feel as good as just a nice leafy salad.) But nope! Type O.

I don't drink cow milk very much anymore - at school I used to keep soy milk instead. But alas, not even soy anymore. I did so like it, too. Glad to hear rice milk is okay, though. Hoo-rah.
