I was just remembering how great "the little prince" is...it's really deep and in my mind not at all a children's book.

that book is so fantastic! after years of having forgotten about it, i found it in the school library in junior high, and started to read it before 1st period had started, to pass the time.. but i got so into it that i couldn't put it down, and read it all through class. i remember finishing it as i walked to science, and... this is ridiculous, but it's... well, sad... and so i got there on the verge of tears, and had to explain that i was indeed all right. it was great to read it in french class, too!
on this subject, i read somewhere that they finally found the remains of saint-exupery's lost plane...

I cry everytime he leaves his planet and the rose admits she loves him. My mother read this book to me when I was younger, so I bought her the movie for her birthday this year.
