This is kind of a delayed entry. I wrote it over a month ago when I was in a bad way. Listening to this song by Simply Red brought it back for me. It's a rather sad yet beautiful song...makes you feel reflective or at least to me it does.

I'm sorry you're struggling with memories. It can be very hard to let go, even though, really, for your sanity, you have to.

May I also say that your prose is beautiful. And it's amazing how much clarity you bring to a difficult subject.

I know. I'm really trying to think about the present and try to live in the moment without worrying about what happened yesterday or three months ago but as you said, it's very hard.
