Yeah, I always wonder how it is that he didn't do well in school, since he's obviously very thoughtful and articulate. Maybe he's just the kind of person who doesn't absorb information unless it interests him.

I have a copy of Hillsborough stored on my DVR, but have yet to actually sit down and watch it, partly because I know it's going to be tough to watch.
I was sitting at home channel hopping on the day it actually happened you see, and regular programming stopped for a newscast showing things unfold. To this day I've yet to get some of those images out of my head, so yeah, I'm holding off on watching the film because I'm still not sure I can
I can understand that fully. I was similarly traumatized by watching some of the coverage of Hurricane Katrina.
I was horrified by the way the police, after the game was stopped, actually *prevented* ambulances from getting into the stadium, because they thought their job was to keep the fans contained and prevent them from "rioting", and by the outright lies that were told by authorities after it was over.
I can see why Chris would consider being part of this film one of the most important things he's done.
Most of those lies have yet to be properly exposed too.
Even after years of campaigning by survivors and the families and friends of those lost that day, there's still been no proper public inquiry into how it was handled.
They finally agreed to do a police investigation, but most of that's all happening behind closed doors as it were, and then of course, there's this....
