Micheal Eisner's post coital smoke after raping Douglas Adam's remains hasn't even been snubbed out yet and I see they are going to hack and mangle the Chronicles of Narnia next. I wish they would let me have my childhood favorite books unmolested

Yeah...I agree. I'm always left disappointed when they screw around with one of our childhood favorites. I fear they set us up for a string of hitchhiker movies.

I kept hoping Kelly would slap the shit out of Ron! If she's smart she dumped his sorry ass the minute she got home.

You can come and landscape my yard anytime. I got so tired of trying to keep up with the weeds in our backyard that I fired up the tiller and ground the whole back area (2/3 acre) to mulch. Time to start over again. ;)

I don't think she is smart because I can't figure out WHY she insisted that she loved him so much right up until the end???!! I kept screaming at the TV when she would start to cry because he didn't want to marry her...WHY did she want to marry HIM? It was infuriating, especially considering how much she seemed to dislike how he treated her.

As for the landscaping..ugh, no thanks! Although I'm with you on the tiller thing, I have been eyeing my back yard with those thoughts for months.

I know, I remember that old series being really great...although, I was a kid and thought lots of things were great back then. ;)

At least that small stable of British actors is talented...we have Ben Affleck. Yay?

It's funny you say that about British movies, I think the Canadian movie industry has the same problem. I always seem to notice the same dozen or so people in many of the dramas produced up here.

Rob said the exact same thing about Canadian movies. I haven't really noticed that as much because I'm not as familiar with Canadian actors (well, except the ones that live in the US now), but I'll probably pay more attention now.
