Made these yesterday using new patterns, textures, and effects. I also saved these in PNG format so the image isn't so compressed and funky lookin as JPG's. From now on, all icons I create will be saved in PNG format! :)

Pretty! For some reason I thought you couldn't upload PNG to LJ, did I make that up?

Yep, you can upload PNG images to LJ :) On the Edit Userpics page, it says "Acceptable formats are GIF, JPG and PNG.

As an example, here are a few PNG images that I added to my userpics yesterday:

Oh, shweet. I'm going to have to test that out because I've definitely noticed my JPEGs coming out funky. *points to current icon*
