Why yesterday was awesome: Planned two trips with my class (it'll probably end up being just myself & the girls), Hillary fucking won Ohio/Texas/Rhode Island and I finally watched Damages ("Tastes Like a Ho Ho"), 30 Rock (one of Edie's episodes) and Boston Legal ("Glow in the Dark"). Don't feel like writing about RL right now so I give you ( Read more... )

9 made me extremely happy--it was a lovely scene, IMHO--and extremely sad all at once, because the moment he kissed her on the cheek, there went any chance of them ever sleeping together.

I love this post so much, mainly because I agree with every single one of these points. I am so glad DEK seems to feel the same way about the Schmidt-ho as I do. And Denny/Shirley has been breaking my heart lately, scene after scene. And Alan/Shirley would make me die of happy, forever..."I was almost there". And I hate pretty much everyone else on the show. I watch it in about 8 mintues when I download.

I meant to comment on this entry yesterday because it is totally made of awesome. Boston Legal, Damages and Hillary mentioned all in one post?! YESSS!

I'm a new Boston Legal fan. I got into Murphy Brown over the summer and because I can't get enough of Candice, I went over to Boston Legal this fall. When I first started watching season 4, I felt like Carl was actually worthy of Shirley's hotness. But after he dropped her so quickly, my mind changed. And especially after watching all the rest of the seasons, I think she and Denny are the best together. He totally worships the ground she walks on. And it's clear she still loves him. Of course, I would fully support Shirley/Alan at any point! Preferably sooner rather than later. Haha.

I think my favorite line is still from the balcony scene when Alan says, "We need to look out for her a little now." Shows just how much the two of them care for her.
