This is beautiful. I love your Mal so much; it makes me so much sadder that she died than in the film.

Also-- considering the last time Arthur came over for dinner, Phillipa climbed up into his lap and sat there comfortably ensconced in the young man's arms, refusing to move even when it was time to eat. A soft smile touches Mal's lips as she remembers the way Arthur merely waved a hand at Dom's apologies and cut up his steak into extra small pieces, dipping them in ketchup before sending them into Phillipa's mouth while making airplane noises.
