GORGEOUS work. You handle Eames' despair so wonderfully that I went through the entire heart-wrenching, stomach churning debacle with him. (And now I want to smack Cobb for not SAYING anything, even if it was strictly necessary. Really.)

Hmm...sometimes I think Cobb gets the short end of the stick a lot in my fics. Poor Cobb. Maybe he already feels guilty enough for having to lie to his kids?
Thanks for reading, bb. Your reviews are always greatly appreciated. ♥

I was nearly in tears. You tore my heart apart and put it together and left me happy after crushing despair. I love it and I love how you wrote the characters

OMGs I LOVE IT THIS IS PERFECT THANK YOU THANK YOU! :D This totally makes up for an otherwise crappy day. :D :D

I think this is my favorite passage: He goes out and gets pissed instead. The British version, mind you, AKA rip roaring drunk because he's already the American version of pissed. No, he's beyond pissed. Eames is so angry that he's literally seeing red at the corners of his vision and the alcohol isn't doing anything to dull the raw, ugly scrape of pain in his throat.

The British version of pissed. XD Oh man. Hilariousness.

Yes, I've been reading through Doctor Who and Torchwood fic, and I've noticed some of the dissimilarities in language. Thought it would be useful here. :)
I'M GLAD YOU LOVE IT. :)
Always happy to brighten up someone's day. ♥

Oh my goodness... this was... wow. Just totally emotional and so much. I love tragic/angsty works and this one didn't disappoint (plus it had a happy ending)! I loved the twist about Jeffrey betraying them for some reason :D It was kind of amazing. My heart was falling alongside Eames' as though I had lost a friend too, even though he totally handles death in a different way (the way you had him react to everything was just -so- Eames to me... ahaha). The characterizations were excellent and I think I may just have to read this again.

Wonderful fic. Just marvelous.

Tbh, Jeffrey turning Benedict Arnold was a total surprise for me as well. It just sort of...happened. :) But I'm glad it did.
Thank you for reading!

I was drawing off my own crying experiences there. :)
ARTHUR BEING A TOTAL BAMF AGAINST JEFFREY THE TOOL
Bwhahaha. YES. THIS. Couldn't put it better myself.
And did Arthur really pick Eames up from the bar? I think so. It was meant to be a little hazy, but the way I see it, Arthur was the one who called Cobb to pick Eames up. The reason Arthur has his totem is because the one in the casket was probably a fake.
*hands you tissue box*
Thanks for reading!

Oh I'm glad Arthur did pick him up :) and when I thought back on it, the dice was the only thing that made it not so so woo fake totems! totally understand the hazy-ness, but I just love that arthur could have potentially ruined the whole sting operation just by wanting to look after eames *squeee*

(added you back btw :) )
