Cindy and I were discussing our relationships with friends last night, and I was wondering if we are unusual. Pretty much any time we hang out with someone, we come as a pair. In general when I get together with friends we tend to structure it around an activity (e.g. movies, watching a game, playing something like basketball etc.) while my wife and her friends tend to get together to talk or catch up.
I think I've never really spent a lot of time thinking about it.
