Day 6: Your favorite j-pop song from your favorite group
So I guess it has to be my favorite song by PUFFY and Momusu? But I totally wanna add NEWS too. So, I'm going to. :3
PUFFY: K2G
This thing is killing me with the "only pick on rule." Pfft this is Puffy's Rule. I hate my snappy Puffy jokes no one gets. :/ How am I supposed to pick one song from a group that's been around for over a decade? I mean, every single single is incredible and nearly every album song too. But over the years I've been really into K2G. I just love the beachy, jazzy music. It's almost the same as the Boogie Woogie No.5 music. I don't know there's just something infectious about this song. The lyrics aren't even that great, but there's something about it that is utterly amazing.
Momusu: Aozora ga Itsumade mo Tsuzuku you na Mirai de Are!
The same thing with Momusu, they've been around for over a decade. There's just sooo much music to sift through. But one day I heard Aozora ga Itsumade mo Tsuzuku you na Mirai de Are and I was like this is my favorite song! Which is weird because I used to hate this song a lot. I would literally skip it during concerts. This song is just so happy and so positive, you CAN'T hate it. It seriously gets stuck in my head for days. When I'm in the shower, this is the song I'm singing. True Fax. XD
NEWS: Fiesta
As if my journal name was obvious enough, my favorite NEWS song is Fiesta. I'm not even sure why I like it so much. It's a B-side. No one ever cares if it's not an album song or A-side. I just heard this during the first NEWS concert I watched, and fell in love with it. I just love everything about it. The music, the beat, how it's sung, and the fact that Ryo sings most of the song.
