there is an arbitrator for issuses like that; they are called the DM; if you have an issuse with things that are happenning in game, take it up with her; as a DM she can enforce roleplaying and if she feels that a character is acting based on meta-game principles can penalise the character via expereince penalties or time off from the game (as per standard RPGA rulings) My advice is not to get upset about how unfair it is and warn people that you will do exactly the same thing you are getting upset about and react based on meta game principles and instead handle it maturely like an adult and go to the DM. Letting out of game problems escalate like that will simply destroy a gaming group.
