A main tenant of teaching is not to lecture for more than 20 minutes at a time. Why have I been sitting here for the past 4 hours with only one break??? Just shoot me! Why do I sign up for these summer inservices? Will I ever learn????

You mean that you chose to be there ? I thought they were forcing you-lol
I will be teaching an inservice next week. I always try to go no longer than 90 minutes without a break and at least one physical activity during the 90 minutes.
