It seems that several comms I watch have been plagued by random spam posts lately ('random' in that the spam replies are to old and recent posts). And I see that folks are complaining about Tumblr too. I blame it on the heechees myself, or maybe the Wee Folk. They get restless this time of year.

Well, hell. Sorry to hear about your scores! I think it's a good idea to try again, tho', & as soon as you think it's feasible (so all the stuff you know doesn't get bored & run away. ;-)

Well, I'm sorry, doesn't THAT just suck! But I'm sure you will pass the next time.

No spam on my journal (knock on wood!); it must be those pesky keyboard trolls getting ready for Halloween.

You'll get it next time. I've seen some very, very smart people not pass on the first go-around. You're in good company.

I have one post from years ago that collects spam comments. LJ usually figures out they're spam and hides them. I think it's my most recent post that is public.
