How do you get the eggs to hatch as sunset or sunrise?

Indeed yes. I am thinking I need a pink army. Hee hee.

Timing. If they hatch between 6AM and 6PM they are sunrises. If it's between 6PM and 6 AM they hatch as sunsets. So it's all to do with timing and getting them ready to hatch. Could be tricky.
