the deal 16.

Jin is a singer and he desperately needs a dancer for his upcoming show. Kame is a dancer and he has some trouble with bad guys. The two meet and hate each other but they have no other choice so they make a deal.

The Last Deal

“So he called me after that. To tell you the truth, he calls me at least twenty times a day.”

Kame chuckled. “Don't talk like you mind. I know you don't.”

Miyako rolled her eyes. “I don't, but seriously it looks like he can't even breathe without me,” she faked a disbelieving tone.

“You can't breathe without him either. Or you would let go of your phone for a minute or two but it seems like it stuck to your hand,” Kame beamed and threw his arm around the girl's shoulder, whose face turned to bright red by now.

“Shut up,” Miyako murmured and freed herself, then turned back to the kitchen counter, pouring tea into the four cups. Kame watched her silently then sighed.

“You like him, right?”

Before Miyako could answer, Yamapi poked his head into the kitchen. “Who does she like?”

Miyako, whose face regained its original color in the meantime, now turned red again. “You can be sure it's not you,” she denied the obvious with not much success because Yamapi broke into a huge grin.

“I know it's me, don't lie,” he stepped to the blushing girl and circled his arm around her waist.

“Oh please, don't make out in front of me, I'm not interested,” Kame groaned with faked disgust, making the couple break out from the embrace.

“Ah yeah, I wanted to ask something,” Yamapi tried to cover his embarrassment. “Ryo and Ueda are going to the concert with Ryo's car, they offered us a ride. Are you coming with me, Miyako?”

The girl nodded and Yamapi turned to Kame. “There is one more seat in the car, Kame.”

The younger boy's smile faded. “Thank you, but I'm not going.”

“Are you sure? Your flight...”

“You know that's not the reason,” Kame cut the other man off, eyeing him intently.

Yamapi returned his gaze then gave up and nodded, pursing his lips. He didn't know what to do with his friends anymore. Understanding Kame was something he found more and more difficult, but it was okay; he didn't know Kame for that long. But now Jin has also become so complicated which was not typical at all. As a friend, Yamapi was sure he should just kick both of them in the ass and scold them for being so freaking stubborn. But he couldn't do anything. The pain in Kame's eyes was more than Yamapi could handle, more than he could ever understand. He only knew that the younger boy's expression was exactly the same as Jin's when the other was mentioned.

Yamapi pulled Miyako closer to him as he watched Kame walking back to the living room.

“I don't know anymore,” he shook his head, pecking the girl's cheek. “They need to get over this somehow. I'm sick of seeing them like that.”

Miyako sighed, entwining their fingers. “They will. I know they will.”

-

“Are you sure this is the right thing to do, Kame?” Ueda looked at his friend as Ryo left them alone in the living room and joined the couple in the kitchen.

“I need time, Tat-chan,” Kame said seriously. He didn't really seem to be happy about his decision but he looked confident. “And for the first time in my life I got a fair job. I'd be a fool if I refused.”

“But it's so far away. It's on the other half of the world,” Ueda whined. “Couldn't you just have some fair job within the borders of Japan?”

The younger boy shrugged. “I don't mind it, really. I just need to get out of the spotlight for a while.”

“But I don't want you to be alone,” Ueda frowned. Kame was always able to make him feel like a big brother whose job is to protect the younger one.

Smiling, Kame shook his head and inched closer, engulfing the older man in a friendly hug. “I'm not, Tat-chan. I'm not.”

-

The boy smiled as his friends left Ueda's apartment. Kame was left alone and stared at his half-empty suitcase. He wished it wouldn't feel so hard to put all his belongings into that bag. Every move was like torture.

Suddenly, hearing the melodious music, Kame turned his head to the television which was left on and now a familiar figure captured his attention. He couldn't help the smile at seeing the excited expressions Koki and Tegoshi were wearing.

“We worked hard to put a show together which will satisfy the fans. I really hope everyone will enjoy the last concert as much as we enjoyed the rehearsals.” Koki smiled and gently nudged Tegoshi beside him, who only gave a shy smile and a nod.

Kame chuckled at their childish enthusiasm just as much as he understood them, wishing nothing else than being able to stand on the stage with Jin just once more.

His smile faded when Jin's silhouette appeared on the screen, the handsome face all proud and hopeful as he was talking about the show. But the bright smile couldn't fool Kame. He saw the exhaustion, the sorrow, even fear.

He extended his hand and hesitantly brushed his fingers over the screen, imagining the feeling of Jin's skin under his fingertips as he stroked the singer's cheeks.

Then Jin stopped talking and Kame pulled his hand back as if it was burnt by fire when Mizuki's annoying grin replaced the idol's gentle smile.

“Mizuki-chan, what do you think about Akanishi-kun's concert? Have you seen the rehearsal?” the host asked and Mizuki flashed a blinding smile at the camera.

“Of course I have. I spend as much time with my fiancé as I can.”

Fiancé.

“So is it official now? Are Akanishi-kun and you officially engaged now?”

Mizuki's chuckle sounded arrogant. “No, it's not official yet. But I'm sure Jin-kun is planning to surprise me with his proposal. I'm quite excited about it.”

Kame swallowed hard.

“What do you think, as Akanishi-kun would be an ideal boyfriend to most of his fans, will he make an ideal husband as well?”

“Well,” the girl pretended to think about it before he answered. “I guess he needs some training. But I can assure you, fans don't have to worry. I will make him a perfect husband in no time. He only needs to change some habits.”

Perfect husband? Change his habits?

“What kind of habits?”

Mizuki laughed again and brushed her hair out of her face with a movement Kame was sure she had been practicing for hours in front of the mirror. “Hm... Let me see. Like spending money on totally useless and worthless things. You know, he owns a house in Italy and I'm going to convince him to sell it. What's the point of having a little dirty place which has no importance, right?”

Kame froze. What the hell was this girl talking about? Selling the house? No importance? What?

Mizuki laughed in an amused tone, obviously finding her own ideas simply genius. “Then I'd like him to take a break form performing and travel for a while with me. We're going to buy a small private plane to fly around. I'm sure he will love it.”

Plane? Fly around? Sure, Jin will absolutely love it. What the... Take a break... That girl sure had the guts to reach her goals no matter what it took.

Kame clenched his fists and gulped, trying to push his anger and worry aside. He didn't understand Jin. What makes a man full of pride, strength and unbreakable values to give up everything he had been fighting for?

Kame would never ask Jin to change for him. But apparently this girl had no inhibitions to reach whatever she wanted and Jin had no intention to stop her. Why?

Disappointment washed over Kame as he thought of the man, who was the most important to him, losing himself and was about to make the biggest mistake of his life.

Kame closed his eyes. “What are you doing, Jin?”

-

It was ecstatic. The moment when all the efforts, sweat and sleeplessness started making sense. The time when he felt it was worth everything. Almost everything.

No business, no conrtacts, no paparazzi. Only the fans and them and the honest words of gratitude that he whispered into his mic and answered by a deafening shriek form thousands of smiling people.

Jin stumbled off the stage, adrenaline making his legs feel like jelly, sweat rolling down his face, the shirt glued to his body tightly, his chest heaving rapidly.

Suddenly, someone jumped at him, engulfing the panting singer in a warm hug, squealing like a child. They stumbled backwards and Jin had to reach to the wall for support.

“Koki, let me breathe...”

“No,” the dancer yelled into his ears in excitement, tightening his grip, making Jin choke and chuckle as he hugged the other back, tapping his back lightly.

“We made it. We were awesome, Jin!”

“Yes, we were,” Jin agreed with a tired laughter, finally taking a breath as Koki released him, attacking Tegoshi instead.

The singer smiled and turned to walk into his dressing room.

“Jin,” Koki shouted after him. “Don't miss your own party. In half an hour.”

“Okay,” Jin nodded and slipped in, disappearing behind his door to finally to take a shower. But as soon as he set foot in the private room, he was embraced again, this time by much slender arms and soft lips pressed to his.

“Mizuki,” Jin's muffled voice was heard as he recovered from the shock and gently peeled Mizuki's arm from his neck. “Mizuki..”

“You were fantastic, Jin,” the girl purred into his ears, wrapping her arms around his neck again, ignoring Jin' attempts to get free.

Jin closed his eyes to muster all his self-restrain not to shove the girl out of his room right then and there. Hugging her felt so much more different than having Kame in his arms, which he craved for the most at the moment.

Jin's features slowly changed as exhaustion finally took control over his body and mind, not leaving any energy to fight. The feeling of excitement and accomplishment dissolved as Jin realized he couldn't share them with the person he wanted the most.

“Mizuki, I want to take a shower.”

The girl smiled. “You want me to join?”

“Not really,” Jin's blunt reply froze the smile on Mizuki's face for a moment but she quickly recovered, kissing the singer on the lips again.

“See you out there then,” she trailed her fingers on Jin's neck, making him shiver in a not very pleasant way.

“Okay.”

Jin didn't turn around as the door closed, just kept staring blankly into nothingness, feeling drained and extremely lonely.

-

The party was full of celebrities and alcohol, just the way a party like that should be.

Jin's hands were never empty, he was still completely sober though. He couldn't even get a sip of his drink as more and more people attacked him, shaking his hands and patting his shoulder. If not, then Mizuki would cling to him as if she was walking her puppy, never letting it out of her sight.

“He was such a sweetheart with that stupid expression of his,” Mizuki babbled, standing in the middle of the circle and infuriated gazes of Koki, Ueda, Ryo, Yamapi and Miyako. Jin kept his eyes down, not even reacting to the feeling when Mizuki tugged on his shirt every now and then. “Jin knows how to be annoying. But I don't mind, I love him too much to take it to heart. I will teach him to pay attention to others around him. He's become a little selfish lately.”

The glass almost broke in Yamapi's grip as he stepped forward with a threatening look on his face but was stopped by Ryo's hand on his arm.

Jin refused to look up and acknowledge his friends' heated reactions. He felt no strength to defend himself or fight back. He was totally passive which only made the four man angrier as they kept looking at Mizuki with burning eyes, sending murderous looks into her direction and occasionally glancing back at Jin with utmost concern in their eyes. They didn't understand a single thing either.

“... but he knows that I love him and that's why he doesn't question my demands,” Mizuki laughed again cheerfully, tugging on Jin's sleeve. “He's being a bit stubborn but I'm sure he will see soon that our love is much stronger than anyone thinks..”

“Love?”

The little group stiffened at hearing the voice; all of them turning their heads to the young man, who was standing near them, looking rather angry.

Jin's world stopped moving at that point, he instinctively stepped away form Mizuki, satisfied when his arm slipped out of the girl's hold. Mizuki didn't notice anything as she was glaring at the uninvited guest, her expression changing from surprised to annoyed.

“Kazu...” Jin whispered next to her and Mizuki took a step towards the younger man, cutting off the singer's attempts to speak.

“What do you want, Kamenashi? You're not welcome here,” she hissed and Kame looked back at her calmly.

“Says the girl who is willing to walk over anyone and deceive the one she claims to be her fiancé? The one whom she claims to love?”

Mizuki's eyes widened in disbelief, the others' reaction was the same. The girl then pursed her lips and moving forward, slapped Kame across the face.

Everyone jumped in their spots and stepped closer but Miyako stretched her arms and cut their way. Kame didn't even bat an eyelash, his cheek slowly turning red though by the force of the slap, and he just kept looking at Mizuki right into her eyes.

“I do love him,” Mizuki hissed again, her voice trembling slightly in anger, her face flushed.

Kame raised an eyebrow. “Love him? Do you love him? Are we really talking about love here?”

There was silence. Kame's voice was firm and confident, drawing even unnecessary attention as others stopped talking as well, watching the scene curiously.

Jin's mouth dropped open, not really being able to decide whether to believe his eyes and ears or not. It was shocking enough to see Kame here which made his heart leap in his chest and hearing him like that was even more surprising. He didn't think he had ever heard the boy talk like that.

The younger man held Mizuki's look, not even giving any heed to Jin or the rest of the guests.

“Let me ask you something,” Kame said, stepping closer to the girl, who looked alarmed by the other's gaze. “What's his favorite food?”

Mizuki blinked at him. “Huh?”

“What's his favorite food?” Kame repeated slowly, moving even closer, not leaving any space to the girl to escape. “What's his favorite color? How he drinks his coffee?”

Confused, Mizuki laughed mockingly. “What does this have to do with anything? Don't play the almightly here, Kamenashi. I don't know what's his favorite food or color, does that mean I don't love him?”

“Of course not,” Kame said conversationally. “You're absolutely right, these are stupid questions. But they are necessarily leading to other questions. You say you love him. But you don't know him at all and the problem is that you don't even want to know him.”

Mizuki paled, trying to keep her superiority, though it was obvious she felt cornered now as Kame gradually raised his voice. The boy was getting angry and Mizuki had to think fast before he could ruin her plans and turn Jin against her again.

“I know him enough to love him.”

Kame laughed out loud, it sounded a bit scary though and the girl flinched.

“And what the hell makes you love him then? His money, his fame, his looks? Because if you don't know anything else about him, these are the things that can make him attractive enough for you to say you love him. But do you know the real person under the image of the popular idol? You don't even know what's his favorite food or color,” Kame breathed heavily, not tearing his gaze away from the girl who was white as sheet by now. “And you're right, it doesn't really matter but what do you know about him then? Do you know what he likes and what he hates? Do you know what makes him laugh and what makes him cry? Do you know what are his dreams and his fears? Do you know where he goes when he needs to be alone? Have you ever heard him talk about his real feelings? Have you ever seen his sleeping face or his honest smile? Have you ever seen that look in his eyes which makes you feel you would die for him if you needed to? Have you ever thought you would give up anything to be with him? Have you ever felt that you don't ever need to be scared because if he's with you, you could go through even hell?” Kame paused and lowered his voice. “Because if you haven't, you know nothing about him. You don't know him at all. You only see the famous idol, the popular singer. I can't blame you though, there was a time when I saw nothing else than what you're seeing now. But now I know more about him than you can imagine. And he is a human being, a precious person. And he is precious to me. So don't say you love him because you have no idea what you're talking about.”

The silence was deafening as Kame finished and bit on his trembling lips. Mizuki kept staring at him, completely terrified. She quickly turned around to take a look at Jin and seeing the singer's expression she knew she had lost.

Kame lowered his head and walked away, not paying attention to anyone, just stepped to the guy standing next to the counter and whispered something to him. Music filled the room again as the guests started to murmur in a low voice and Kame walked back, stopping in front of Jin, lifting his gaze to meet the singer's shocked expression.

None of them noticed Mizuki storming off and the cheery smile on their friends' face.

Jin stared back, his eyes burning seeing the look Kame was giving him and by the effect of the boy's previous words. He couldn't find his voice.

Kame gave him a gentle smile and took his hands, pulling him to the middle of the room and wrapping his arms around his neck, inching closer.

The singer gasped as Kame's scent wrapped him like a blanket of warmth and familiarity, their bodies gently pressed together as Kame started to move to the rhythm of the music. There was nothing sexual in their movements, the feeling was security and love.

Jin felt like he couldn't breathe anymore. “What are you doing?” he whispered quietly so only Kame could hear him. His voice was not accusing, it sounded as if he still refused to believe that Kame was right there, embracing him.

“I'm dancing with you, can't you tell?” Kame pulled closer and widened his eyes. “Or did I become such a bad dancer?”

The boy's voice suggested a joke but Jin didn't feel like laughing. “Why...”

“Because I promised,” Kame said seriously. “We made a deal, remember? I'm supposed to dance with you at the concerts, including this last one. I couldn't stand beside you on the stage so I'm here now. Dancing with you.”

Jin trailed his fingers on the familiar curves of the younger man's spine and gulped at the warm feeling on his palms. He pulled Kame as close as it was physically possible, one hand soothing the red spot on his cheek where Mizuki had slapped him and looked into the other's eyes, feeling the emotions wanting to burst out of him. “What you said... You meant what you said?”

Soothing the singer's skin on the back of his head, Kame nodded, slowly but firmly.

“Does that... does that mean...” Jin struggled to find the right words, feeling nervous but hopeful. “Does that mean... that you love me too?”

Kame looked down at the lips which was so close to his own and which he wanted to kiss so much then shifted his gaze back to the singer's eyes. “Is that even a question?”

Jin let out a breathless chuckle. “Are you asking me? You never said..”

“Jin,” Kame cut him off, sinking his fingers into the other's hair. “I'm leaving.”

Jin nodded. He knew that. His heart dropped into his stomach though and looking away, he glanced down at Kame's waist where his arm curled around the other's body, unconsciously tightening his grip. “Where?”

He felt Kame shrug his shoulder. “To find some answers... myself, maybe. I have a flight to catch tonight.”

“I wish we had more time,” Jin whispered as Kame's lips pressed to his forehead.

Understanding what the older man meant, Kame didn't feel like joking right now. “We had more time than we thought we would. We made plans for one month and we had much more than that,” he said softly. Honesty was evident in his voice, in his eyes, in his subtle smile. He was grateful for the time they had.

“You changed so much,” Jin looked up. “You grew up.”

“Oi!” Kame exclaimed in his usual loud voice, making fun of his childish self, bringing back memories about their first meeting. They both laughed. A bittersweet laughter was that arose from their lips. It felt like that day was yesterday, yet it seemed so distant. So much happened within a couple of weeks.

“I was childish then, right?” Kame asked and though the question was hypothetical, Jin rolled his eyes and started nodding fervently. “I know,” Kame chuckled. His expression remained tender but serious. “I guess I didn't know what to do with my life back then. I didn't have any goals, any purposes.”

It was much like a confession, it washed through Jin's entire being as his hold tightened a bit, the warmth of Kame's palms burned his neck, their skin was melting together. Kame looked so utterly beautiful in the light, there was nothing else Jin could wish for at the moment than holding that beautiful man in his arms, feeling his breath against his, seeing love in his eyes, before letting him go.

“Do you have any now?”

“Yes,” Kame breathed and the world seemed to stop, their eyes did the talking they couldn't do with words now. The moment was pure, honest, no unnessecary babblinig, no sweet talking. They didn't need to pretend or hide anything. There was no point in hiding anything.

“I wish I could be one of them,” Jin whispered after a while.

They didn't realize they had stopped moving, stopped dancing. There was nothing around them, nothing important to notice, to pay attention to, there was absolutely nothing else but them, in each other's hold, looking into each other's eyes, seeing, feeling, sensing nothing else but one other.

Jin's whispered words echoed, he didn't really wait for an answer. At least not yet. Biting his lips, he finally broke the eye-contact and looked down, trying to hide whatever weakness Kame was to find in his look. He felt vulnerable, exposed but he didn't regret saying those words to Kame. Kame knew what he meant.

“You seem to have a lot of wishes for one day,” the younger boy whispered back and trailed his fingers on the older man's cheek, resting them on the lips which he then stroked gently.

“I can't help it,” Jin answered, his lips slowly moving under the younger boy's fingertips.

Kame smiled at him then pulled away and looked at his watch. Turning back to Jin, he dropped his arms and grabbed the singer's hand. “Come with me.”

They walked out hand in hand, not even seeing the curious glances that were directed to them and they strolled down the corridor, turning around the corner as they reached the back door. Kame knew they couldn't just walk out, it was more than probable that fans were waiting around the building just to catch a glimpse of Jin. But no one could see them there, at the end of the corridor so they could be alone, even if it was only a few minutes.

“Jin,” Kame turned around, giving Jin a sad smile and wrapping his arms around the idol's waist loosely. Jin mirrored him.

“Hm?”

“I have to go.”

Jin pursed his lips, avoiding Kame's gaze. He managed a nod.

“Jin, I want you to promise me something,” Kame whispered as his hands made slow circles on the other's back. “Promise me you won't let anyone ruin what you've been working for. Don't do anything which goes against your dreams. Promise me you'll be happy, Jin.”

The older man bit on his lips and looked up at Kame. “Let's make a deal.”

“Huh?” the younger man seemed confused.

“I promise you to work hard to reach my goals if you promise me that you'll come back. When you find what you're looking for. Promise me you will come back to me then. Even if your feelings change, promise me you just won't walk out of my life like this,” Jin's voice broke and he cupped the other's cheeks, soothing his neck gently.

Kame smiled and grabbed Jin's hand on his cheek, squeezing it before giving the older man a loving look. Then he raised his other hand and caressed the other's face, brushing his fingers on it, closing his eyes. Leaning forward, he brushed his lips to Jin's in a soft and simple kiss.

“Deal,” Jin felt the whisper on his lips before the warmth disappeared from his face and palm then he heard the door opening and closing. When he opened his eyes, he was alone.

He leaned on the wall beside him, staring at the door in daze.

“Jin,” Yamapi appeared behind his back and placed a comforting hand on the singer's shoulder. “Are you okay?”

Jin couldn't answer, just nodded, letting Yamapi gently turn him around and pull him into a hug. “He will come back,” he patted Jin's back lightly. “He will come back, Jin.”

Jin nodded again and buried his face into Yamapi's shoulder.

-

As Jin looked out of the window, he found that the lights of Rome was always the same. They were the same when he brought Kame here a year ago. They never changed and Jin was happy to know that there were still things in his life which remained there no matter what.

Sighing, he turned away from the view and looked around in his empty apartment.

One year. It passed so fast yet so slow. So many things happened, Jin's schedule was busier than before and he could consider himself lucky that he could take a week off to visit Rome.

But without Kame, time still seemed to be still, as if it had stopped when Kame walked out of that door.

Missing Kame was nothing like Jin had ever experienced. Jin often complained to Yamapi, if he had known it would be that painful, he would have just gotten rid of Kame earlier before he could have the chance to fall in love with him. Then Yamapi would only roll his eyes and smack him on the head for lying.

A knock echoed in the room, shaking Jin out of his thoughts. He quickly got up and walked to let the guest in, taking a deep breath and holding it before he opened the door.

Deep brown eyes bore into his as their gazes locked and Jin exhaled slowly, his lips curling into a smile.

The other's expression didn't seem any less nervous as he stepped forward and let the door close behind him. Then they just stood there, speechless, before Jin moved forward and pulling the other form close, closed him tightly in his arms.

“God, I missed you so much, Kazu.”

“I missed you, too,” Kame chocked out, gripping the other's shirt on his back, closing his eyes and enjoying the warm feeling that was Jin's body melted into his.

The singer pulled away and kissed the younger man eagerly, letting Kame feel everything through that kiss he couldn't say out loud. Kame sighed and returned the kiss with passion.

“I love you,” Kame breathed out when he got the chance to talk, resting his forehead to Jin's as the older man pressed his body to his and smiled at him.

“I love you, too,” Jin whispered and pulled on the other's shirt, slipping it down Kame's shoulders.

“When do you have to go back to Japan?” Kame moaned as Jin gently bit on the skin of his neck.

“One week,” Jin answered, throwing the shirt away and placing his palms on the boy's bare back. “Your performance is tomorrow, right?”

“Yes,” Kame panted, fingers unbuttoning Jin' shirt impatiently.

“That means we have four days in Rome,” Jin beamed then pecked Kame's lips who nodded, smiling.

“Let's make some good memories, then.”

“Kazu,” Jin groaned then flinched away as Kame brushed his fingers over his collarbone, earning a smirk from his lover. “Are you sure you want to come back with me? Are you ready to leave Rome?”

Kame looked up and kissed the singer deeply. “I want to go home. To you. We made a deal and I want to keep my promise.”

Jin smiled and picked the younger man up, making him wrap his legs around his waist. Then he carried Kame to the bedroom and slammed the door loudly.

That was not the loudest sound the neighbors had the fortune to hear that night though.

-

2 years later.

Jin paced around in the living room and shot murderous looks at Kame, who was sitting on the couch, head hung low.

“I can't believe it. I thought I could trust you.”

The younger one looked up. “It's not what you think...”

“Then what?” Jin exploded. “You're telling me that my eyes deceived me or what? You were kissing him.”

Kame looked down again, fidgeting in his seat. “I'm so sorry. It happened only once. It won't happen again. Please, believe me.”

“How can I?” Jin shouted and kicked the chair beside him, making it fall back. “You cheated! You cheated on me. How can I forgive that? Can you explain that to me?”

Kame stayed silent.

“You know what?” Jin rubbed his palms on his face. “I don't care anymore. You and I, we are over. Just go pack your things and I never want to see you again.”

The boy shot his head up. “No, please, don't do this.”

“I said go away!” Jin yelled. “Just go and kiss that... man for all I care. You both betrayed me, you and... and... and...”

Jin stared at Kame with eyes wide and lips parted. Kame stared back, raising an eyebrow. Jin held his gaze then closed his eyes and let out a frustrated sigh. “Shit.”

The younger boy clicked his tongue. “Mitsuo.”

“Ah, to the hell with those names,” the singer sighed and plopped down next to Kame on the couch.

“Jin, at least you should remember his name,” Kame shook his head disapprovingly as he flipped the pages of the script. “He is your best friend after all.”

Jin groaned and leaned his head on Kame's lap. “And? He's cheating on me as well. I should forget him instead.”

Kame chuckled and combed Jin's hair with his fingers. “You're shooting that scene this evening, right? Try to remember his name.”

“Okay,” Jin mumbled and let himself enjoy the feeling of Kame's hand caressing his hair.

“Shit,” Kame cried out and pushed Jin off with a swift movement. “I'm going to be late.”

The singer groaned in protest and walked after Kame as the younger man rushed to the door in panic. “Hey!”

“Oh, sorry,” Kame flashed him a smile and ran back, placing a kiss on the singer's lips, when Jin took advantage of their position and wrapped his arms around Kame's waist tightly.

“Jin, I'm going to be late,” Kame struggled and giggled as Jin nuzzled into his neck.

“I want to go with you,” the older man complained.

“You can't.”

“It will be my concert after all.”

“Yes, but my solo,” Kame grinned. “You have to go to the shooting now and do your best. Tomorrow we go to the rehearsal together,” he pecked the other's lips before he finally managed to free himself and walk to the door.

Jin pouted and leaned on the kitchen table, eyeing the plate on it. Then he picked up a cookie and took a bite, deep in thoughts.

“Jin!”

The singer jumped and turned to Kame who was standing in the doorway with narrowed eyes.

“Wh-what?”

Kame marched back and picked the cookie out of the other's hand, throwing it back onto the plate. “No more cookies, remember? Koki will skin both of us alive if you don't fit in your costume.”

Jin rolled his eyes and let out a dramatic sigh. “Sometimes I'm wondering who works for who.”

Kame turned back and immedately felt his heart melting at the sight of his pouting boyfriend. “Oh don't look like that,” he said and grabbed a cookie from the table, carefully placing it between Jin's teeth. “Here. But if you put on some extra weight, you have to lose it right away. Deal?”

Jin thought about it for a moment then his lips curled into a wide grin. “Deal. I have some ideas how to do that,” he winked at Kame before the younger man stepped out and closed the door with a frown on his face.

Jin just chuckled and took another cookie, stuffing it into his mouth, humming happily and thinking about what Kame would say when he glimpsed the empty plate on the kitchen table.
