Anyone remember the McNasties beat down in New York last month? Here's an update, the New York Grand Jury has refused to indict Rayon McIntosh on felony assault charges. For once saner heads prevailed and protected the employee instead of the customer. For more info go here: Leave a comment

Good on them for not charging him. The video very much looked like self defense to me. The last hit on that one lady reaching up was a bit much, but you can't blame him when adrenaline is pumping.
