He makes some excellent points, but seems to go off on a tangent when it came to sparking and child abuse, which I don't see as being relevant in this case.
He did build an excellent scenario of reasonable doubt, but I think he went overboard in some of his descriptions.
Most telling of all, in my opinion, was when told (incorrectly) that police had caught the incident on tape, Zimmerman said, "Thank God."
That does not sound like the words of someone who just committed second degree murder or manslaughter. They sound like the words of someone who is relieved to hear that the evidence will clearly exonerate him.
