I promise I'm not trying to be my normal slightly lewd self when I say I might have to show you how to do it. What brand and absorption did you get? Plastic applicator or cardboard?

I wasn't a woman before I came through the Rift.
The Rift made me switch bodies with some woman and now I'm bleeding for no good reason. No one makes me bleed my own blood... unless there was a fight.

well, how heavy the blood flow is.
Tea will help with the cramps (chamomile or raspberry works best for me), St. John's Wort for the emotional imbalance.

If you're having bad cramps, obviously Motrin, Aleve or just ibuprofen will help. So does exercise, baths, heat or ice packs - you should try both and see which works for you-, and if all of those don't work and you really need some serious painkillers... I'm a doctor, and I work in the basement of the Conrad Hotel. I can get you some of the more heavy duty stuff if absolutely necessary. And if you're not looking to do this every month after this, you might want to look into birth control.

BIRTH CONTROL? never did I ever think that I would have to
.....thank you. I'll keep all that in mind.

If you need a doctor to prescribe the birth control, just talk to me, or I can refer you to some wanderer-friendly hospitals. And I'm sorry for the Rift being the Rift. Not that I had anything to do with it, it just seems like someone should apologize.

And hey, no one apologized the second time around yet and even if it doesn't make a difference... thanks.

There's always pads. Not as clean, but also not as painful for a beginner.
Also, tea. Tea is very helpful. As are heating pads.
Semi-related: I have a line of blood-resistant fabrics, if you're interested.
