Tom, Amanda (Nelson, duh) and I are moving in to an apartment/townhouse next semester but were are in need of a fourth roommate. So, if anyone wants to move out of their parents house/dorm in the Irvine area, and you don't mind Tom's farting, PLEASE BE OUR ROOMMATE!

It depends on the prices of the apartment at that time, which are subject to change, but it should be around $400. That's with the prices as they are now, they just went up for summer and should go back down during the fall. The apartment I found was originally $1410 and should be close to that by the fall (It's in the high $1600s now). Do you not want to live in the dorms? It would be awesome if you lived with us, we all agree we don't want to get some strange out of a personal add. Oh, by the way, the apartment I found has a fireplace and washer/dryer hook ups inside the apartment so we don't have to pay to use an on sight facility, very nice.

I don't know yet...it would be difficult to convince my parents...but if I can work things out in time (I have to see if I can work part time at Precept because I have no money plus everything is up in the air now with school stuff), I'd love to live w/ you guys. Don't wait on me though if you find another roomate because chances are slim.

It would be awesome if you lived with us. We don't really know of anyone else so, you may not have to worry about time.

Katrina, have you looked on Craig's list? There's alot of apartment listings there.

There were some good ones on there but we'd have to look a little closer to when we actually need to move in. We do have an apartment now, but we have to get a fourth roommate, unless you're okay with $600 a month. Tom got a job at the apple store so he's going to see if he can move in when I leave for Colorado instead of waiting until August, so you may be able to go straight there when you get back.
