Not entirely. Think about it, the type of burning would have required a very intense heat. Most oil aided burns wouldn't get that bad in this weather.

Well good thing I'm here, then! Innocent until proven guilty is my policy. You, uh, might not want to tell Prussia or Russia or any other countries ending in -ussia about this guy, though. Prussia's even more behind the times than me, and I'm still trying to get him into heaven, so the last thing he needs is more blood on his hands.

This good news is, with this case, I'll be able to see the Discedo legal team and action! And then I'll be able to give them good advice on how to perfect it.
