I Downshift to Third Gear...

After being cut-off by some pick-up and then boxed in by three semi's, I breathed a sigh of relief when a white truck bearing a yellow tag seemed to cause a clearing....a safety net from the semi's. I read the tag. It said DOT... I chuckled something inaudible. I KNOW how semi's fear the good ol' department of transportation
