Cyn damnit this Emmy and I am sitting hold back tears as I read this. Trying to figure out how reach you...I mean really teach you not hope you respond on fb or swing by your shop to say hi and get you some sort of drinkable pick me up. A floundering attempt at best but the only viable option that I seemed to have open to me keep an ember of the friendship going inspite of all the obstacles adult life has thrown at us. Obstacles that seem to keep getting in the way of us managing to just hang out.

I love you Cyn. I don't have you rcurrent number or I would be calling it right now instead of typing this. Please let me know that you are on some level okay within the next couple days. (I am showing a great deal of restraint and respect for you privacy thay I am not calling the downstairs neighbors to check on you.)

When you first (physically) walked into my life, blindfolded no less, I didn't see size. I saw my friend. That was all I saw, perhaps because that was all I was looking for. Nothing else mattered, nor does anything else matter now. When I see your words, I hear my friend. Sometimes I hear the "southern girl" escape, but that just brings a smile, because I know well that, down deep, that is what you are...and I love it.

If you wish to be thinner because it will make you feel healthier, then fine. Otherwise, be who and what you are. Those who judge you solely upon appearance are the ones missing something (someone) wonderful.
