woke up at 8am. worked out, went to baseball at 9 30 an played a double header. After that played 3 games of beach volleyball. Got home took my car to the shop at hall an schoenherr, left it there with them then jogged all the way home. Got home ate an worked out again ( Read more... )

I slept for 18 hours. can anyone beat that? It's a personal record that i'd like to solidify a bit more by hearing how much longer of a record it is than anyone else's.
