Potentially a very stupid sounding question: Is that from Buffy?

Not stupid at all...I've only watched Buffy like, twice in English class because the teacher was a Buffy nut. But i got this quote from my friend Wade's away message, and i recall him mentioning once that it was from Buffy. Apparently that show has some good lines in it? Probably nowhere near as good as House though. HOUSE!!
