Yes

Yes, you can die from a paper cut. Especially on the tongue. Any cut on the tongue can result in bleeding to death. Because most people will tend to suck on their tongue while its bleeding. But that will just cause it to keep bleeding, therefor not healing, and losing a lot of blood, and possibly killing you.
Paper cuts suck though.

The wound wouldn't be that big. So it's not possible for you to loose THAT much blood...
