You just passed GO....collect....$800??

I have an interesting credit of $800 that was placed into my account yesterday. After doing a little sleuthing, it looks like it was made by the CCCS (consumer credit counseling service). I used them to help me finish paying off the rest of my public debt....hhhmmmmm...Why would I be getting such a large credit from them? Curious
