My Military Police training has been boring thus far. It's not the material so much as the trainers. One is a retired MSgt that likes to read every word on the power point presentation (one of my pet peeves), and the other is a completely square Tsgt that thinks he's funny. So....After I put my boots on this morning, I noticed something bouncing around my toes. I didn't think much of it and assumed that Mark dropped something into them or a stray pebble had gotten in. As my lovely partner mentioned here we had ourselves quite a weekend. Poke night was a lot of fun. Since we had more people than would fit comfortably at one table, we split into 2 tables of 4. Yay weekend!
This week was great! My new work situation turned out as well as I thought it would. I even got to take off a few hours early from work yesterday since all but one of our pods are fixed. Today went well. Wes and I were banging our heads together trying to figure out a problem at work, and we made a gutsy call to spend almost 2 hours swapping parts with the most troublesome procedure. I've been moving a little slow due to the sunburn I received on Friday. Stacey called me a retard for running around throwing frisbee in the blazing sun, but I didn't care.
