Okay, so after calming down, thinking it over and talking it over with my parents, I went for TUFS accomodation. It's just too much cheaper and closer to pass up, and I didn't want to be the only TUFS student left at the guesthouse (particularly for the last month when there wouldn't be any ICU students either). I think we've made the right choice. The TUFS guys will be right on our doorstep either way!
