It feels like the very first time!

So Rachel and I were walking down the street scouting for wi-fi, and I was telling her, "People from the suburbs are afraid of people from the city 'cause they think they're all gonna come up and randomly mug them. I'm scared of suburban people 'cause they'll come up and randomly call the police on you."

This, class, is an example of the literary technique of FORESHADOWING.

~~~~~~*
We we cut through a guy's yard to get back to Sand Creek road. Enter twelve* cop cars and a storm of police officers pointing guns* at us yelling to "GET ON THE FUCKING GROUND WITH YOUR HANDS UP OR WE WILL SHOOT!* DON'T MOVE OR WE WILL SHOOT!*" It was like a comedy skit where the cops are arresting a black guy who's all cooperative and the cops are like "CALM DOWN CALM DOWN!" *fires 43 rounds* So I was on the ground with my hands up and the guy grabs me* and swings me into a tree* and throws me down into the mud* and steps on my glasses* and they're looking for our guns and I now have my very first arrest!
*Truefact, not an illustrative exaggeration
Erin was with the car and keys back at Hannafuck, but apparently they found it necessary to tow my car (read: home), so now all I have is my laptop with no charger, my license, a dollar and Exalted's Scroll of the Monk. I imagine the tow will cost about $125 if I can borrow money to get it out tomorrow. I don't know what the trespassing charge will be, but I'm sure it will match nicely with the $210 I already have to pay Clifton Park on Friday because they wrote a duplicate copy of a ticket I paid half a year ago and let that one go through the whole did not report to court routine.
The government mugs poor people. We can't really afford the muggings they give us, but that also means we can't afford to defend ourselves legally, so they can do whatever they want.
It's a good thing we didn't have anything illegal on us today.
It's a good thing I'm not very emotionally invested in my money;
It's a good thing I don't mind sitting at my job playing on my lapop and reading. If I was still washing dishes, I might be a bit frustrated at the hundreds of hours of slopping through filth and retarded coworkers to cover these bills. But I'm not. My budget is like an allowance, not my hard work and sweat. I can deal. I'm fine. I just wish I could afford nicer food.
They found all those awful cartoons I drew at Anya's in my trunk. That was a fun part of the questioning. Apparently they didn't have the emotional fortitude to ask me aboujt the stuff they found on my computer. It's nothing illegal. Except in England. =3
Now Rachel and I are covered in mud and with Erin we're looking for a place to crash. I think we'll be at Rockman's. Tomorrow I get to look for money to borrow to get my car back before I get $100 a day or something stupid, then court at 6:00 pm. AWESOME!
