i'm more pissed than i was 10 minutes ago
there was an amendment up for vote in florida this week that is supposed to define marriage. voting "yes" for the amendment means that you define marriage as a union between a man and woman, voting no means no **bleep**.
at 10:41pm, 62% of the votes (4 million) came in "yes."
the wording on the ballot:

i'm a bit disappointed. most people love their parents, most people respect their parents. your parents' primary duty (in my opinion, besides the obvious food/shelter clause) is to raise you in a way that will help you make decisions to the best of ( Read more... ) -

my dog has a partial tear of a ligament in his back left leg, and a complete tear in the back right. the only fix for a torn ligament, apparently, is surgery. i actually questioned the necessity of the surgery after talking to the specialist and finding out how much it was going to cost ( Read more... ) -

ha! i'm in augusta this week watching the masters. my 3rd year and we still can't get credentials to get a camera in the media center...very frustrating.
