Shepherd's Pie recipe.

By request, here is my Shepherd's Pie recipe. This is the large batch version, but it is what I made. Aside from missing lamb, this is a fairly traditional recipe, with the obvious substitution of animal milk for rice milk and leaving out butter. I like fairly traditional pot pies, so I'm not surprised this recipe looks a lot like other published ones. Thank you for mentioning another source!

I was actually curious to the method you used to duplicate shepard's pie when I read your earlier post.

I'm glad I scrolled up a little farther before asking for it. :)

This is still one of our favourite dishes. (English spelling intentional.) We, of course add meat, usually ground beef.
