Kyaaaa!!!
It's officially summer when I get to see Arashi Sensei-tachi in Tokyo Dome!!
Today was the first day of Wakuwaku School for 2013!!
kimi-no-tsuki,
satsumatsu and I hung out in Kagurazaka before heading to the dome today...
we had a delicious lunch at Martini Burger!
We got to the dome and were trying to see if there was anything to 気付く (notice) but we didn't find anything so we headed inside.
kimi-no-tsuki and I sat up in the nose bleeds but were in the first row of the upper section so we had a lot of comfy leg room!
The decorations on the floor this year were really cute representing all of the seasons (spring and fall had two panels each), the school seals (i think there were 4?) were planters with flowers in it and there were school flags this year (one hanging above the classroom and one hanging in the outfield between the principal pix (which we couldn't see (_ _;) ) and the 日々是気付 school motto.
I didn't really like the screen format this year... Especially since the round one from last year was so awesome.
The ones in the stairs area were kinda pointless for those of us sitting up high.
The show started basically on time and the opening sequence was really cute this year!!!
J was first and he was at a photo shoot. He noticed the school seal on the camera and did his 変身 to his teacher mode.
Sho-chan was in Ima, Kono Kao ga Sugoi and the pizza that he grabbed to eat had the logo on it made with tomato sauce and toppings!! His reaction face was so cute!
Nino was recording Baystorm and read a post card from a listener named "Wakuwaku." When he flipped over the postcard to read the message it was the school logo.
Aiba-chan was at Aiba Manabu and his glasses had the logo on the lenses in green. He did a cute hush pose when he transformed and put his glasses on.
Ohno was sketching outdoors... even though he was actually painting. When he cleaned his brush in the water he did a double take as the swirls ended up making the school seal in blue.
They came running out from the back and were standing MNOSA. People were going BANANAS!!!! Like, more than ever...
J was wearing a 3/4 purple polo shirt-like shirt... the trim and collar were black.
Nino was wearing a yellow button down shirt that was open... i think...
Oh-chan was wearing a blue shirt that was made of two different materials. The top was a solid blue and the bottom part was white with blue plaid stripes.
Sho-chan was wearing this red plaid shirt with some weird design down the center... it was hard to see but it was ugly.
Aiba-chan was wearing a white and lime green aloha shirt.
They ran up the slope and walked around waving at everyone.
When they stopped in the main center and Sho-chan did his normal 「起立!」
And Oh-chan officially opened school 「ただいまから、嵐のワクワク学校を…えっ…開校します。」we were all cracking up because he was so casual. lol.
They asked how many people were first timers to the school and who also came a bunch of times.
Sho-chan did his キメ pose when he told us that they were making the school interesting for us.
Oh-chan told us to take lots of memos because the information may show up on a test!
J made us say the theme of the school. 日々是気付
The 気付き for ours was Oh-chan in his Ohno Maru boat fishing in Kandagawa!! During this explaination, Sho-chan did another キメ pose because he said that the 気付 part is their challenge. He made a joke about 水道橋博士 hahaha.
Apparently Oh-chan did it in Osaka last year (I don't read reports, so this was new information for us). It was pretty hard to notice because he was actually pretty far away from the dome area, but apparently a few girls in the section near us saw the boat. Oh! and after like 10 minutes, he actually caught a fish!!! He was like, "Wow! You CAN actually catch a fish in Tokyo Bay!! ... wait, this isn't the bay. " And continued to say how happy he was because it was a 大成功 and Nino ツッコミ-ed the VTR saying that it wasn't a 大成功 because that wasn't the point of him being out there.
Of course, we had to have decided to go through the Metro this year instead of out usual JR route... so we didn't even have a chance to see it.
Orz
I think I'll make separate entries for each teacher again this year (I know I failed last year with writing my detailed reports...)
1st Period: Ninomiya Sensei
2nd Period: Sakurai Sensei
3rd Period: Aiba Sensei
4th Period: Matsumoto Sensei
5th Period: Ohno Sensei
Sneak peak at my reports via our Purikura!!!
We usually plan our stuff out before we take them now because we usually can't think of anything on the spot... or we mess up miserably if we don't plan and number everything. hahaha.
They probably don't make any sense now, but they will once you read my reports!!
