Like the cut says, this is a work in progress… These are just the places I could think of off of the top of my head. Gotta go look through my photos and old clippings to see where they went in 2008ish when they did a photo shoot for an idol magazine (and off shots for the JE shop).
If you have any more resources/places to add, put it in the comments and I will add it to the list!
Debut
Sheraton Hotel Beach Front - I THINK this is where the live TV feed with view of diamond head was where they were holding the stuffed volleyballs for TBS… not sure tho.
Kua Aina Burger (Haleiwa shop) - 66-160 Kamehameha Hwy Ste C, Haleiwa, HI - The boys went to the original Kua Aina back in the day. Since then, they have renovated the shop, so you can go to the location, but not the actual shop they went to. The alternative is to go to Kua Aina in Ward Center (really close to Waikiki) to eat the same food they did!
Dole Plantation - The boys did a photo shoot on the road (and in the pineapple fields) here. There is a maze and the shop has Dole Whip (a pineapple soft serve) that is TO DIE FOR!!
88 Tees - go to the one across from Planet Hollywood (is that still there!?) on the second floor. It's the original one and has pictures of a few other JE boys and a ton of other Japanese idols. (2168 Kalakaua Ave #2 Honolulu, HI 96815)
Stand Up Hawaii!
Hilton Hawaiian Village (main event area)
Ala Moana - There are shop photos of the boys all over Ala Moana. This is also where you can buy Arashi Blast goods at Shirokiya, the Japanese store right next to Macy's.
Wet and Wild Water Park (Hawaiian Waters Adventure Park) - They had an event here for Stand Up Hawaii back when it was known as Hawaiian Waters. It is a 10 minute drive from Nai'a Lagoon in Kapolei.
From Ikko:
She suggested they go to the Alawai Canal and take a stroll.
Sweet E's Cafe for some buttermilk pancakes with strawberry and blueberry toppings. - Kapahulu Ave.
