it's ironic...
that i can go barefoot along a dirty shore, over dead tree stumps, across huge rocks and little rocks, and carry the dog into water up to my thighs so he can doggy-paddle to shore, yet i feel uncomfortable not wearing my slippers when i'm in my rooms in Kingston
