I figured it was time for another update, seeing as I havent done a proper one since before Summer School started. Its seems kinda weird to hear you all talking about how you cant wait for spring and the warmer weather. These last few nights I havent even been able to sleep unless I left the aircon on all night. Thanks for the art - its very pretty. And thanks for the firewall. I was wondering if I shouldnt just try to re-install windows though, to get rid of all the viruses already here. According to 'System Doctor' (a program which will scan my computer but wont clean it as its not paid for), I have well over a hundred of them. Will setting up the firewall take care of those too?

reinstalling is your best option. the firewall only stops traffic, so it will ask you what you want to allow to connect to the internet, and what you dont.
all you have to do is alow "NDIS User mode I/O Driver" and whatever programs you use, then say no to everything that trys to do someting when you dont know what it is.

but yeah, i recommend backing up everything you want to keep, reinstalling everything then getting some anti virus software. (ill try to find that free one that alex recomended) and then scanning everything you have backed up before putting it back on.

that or not backing anything up and starting from scratch.

You know, I never actually did check in a hundred yen shop. The two big ones are a fair way away from me and I had to get to work, but it never actually occured to me. Not sure what bunbouguya is though, I'm not sure if I just can't read the kanji or we dont have one anywhere I've seen here.
