I sit in this horrid heat (anything over 85 is horrid to me) realizing I have 5 days of menus to make and the shopping to begin, and I haven't even got food for myself in the house (save the full pantry downstairs, but that involves cooking/thus heating the house even more ( Read more... )

and next week is a 'vacation?'

Chicken Goo (tm)?

Chicken Divan (I think it's called). Always popular and can serve many as long as you have rice or pasta.

Oh and keep Ted away from it. ;-)
