It didn't begin too badly, as we managed to get up, dressed and ready for school/work as usual. The drop off at school went well with no hassle and as I cycled off to work I was blissfully unaware of the day ahead of me

Sometimes the loos are just the best option. Letting it out in a controlled environment is much better than the risk of venting it on your family when you get home!

Today was much better thanks, although I think I'm going to need the freezing temperatures over the next few days to maintain my ice queen status.
