Tidbit:

"What, exactly, are you wearing?"

The person in black cocked his head to the side.

"You know you look like a moron."

Blacky cocked his head to the other side but remained quiet.

Mady put her hands on her hips and huffed. "Whatever. If you don't tell at least pull off the mask, I'm going to mase you. If that fabric is sheer enough for you to see out, it's sheer enough for the mase to get in."

Tidbit:
Jake really, really should have known better when he saw Mikayla pick up plastic sheeting and jello.

He should have.

But he didn't.

So, when he walked into the kitchen that day with plastic sheeting put down and half soldified jello covering *every* surface, he was shocked.

In the middle sat his now colorful 7 month old twins fast asleep in his wife's arms, jello-ed fists in her hair.
