I actually had a wee revival of hope today. The nasty-minded, mean-spirited, egregiously unconstitutional Constitutional Amendment on Marriage was....yes...DEFEATED in the Senate. Defeated. Lawn is mowed...between rainstorms, of course...and I am getting ready to make the rest of "company dinner" for Gulliver and his honey....the whole nine yards. Checking in and checling out. And looking forward to actually getting to meet some LJ friends in person in a few weeks...more on that later.
