We have a very strange marriage..O_o My best friend says that's how we flirt.
Not only does this sound like what my mom does to me with her iPod Shuffle, but it's also exactly why my music is sorted the way it is (and anal-retentively, too).
Basic Hierarchy: My Music Folder - Anime Folder - - (insert folders for every anime series I've ever watched, which is a LOT) - English Folder - - (folders for every English artist that I have more than two songs by on my computer. Also a long list) - JPop Folder - - (folders of Jpop singers/groups that I've obsessed over, at one point or another) - Korean Folder - - (4 Korean singers/bands. The Korean folder is a recent addition)
...THEN, Each artist/group's music is sorted in a folder for each album, and the songs are listed numerically by track number.
...I could take a screencap and show you an example, but it's hilarious. And I'm glad I started organizing it when I first started downloading stuff, because I've now got 27 GB of music on my hard drive. (aka 823 folders containing 5,791 songs)
That sounds eerily similar to the way I planned on doing mine, Zomi.. >_>
LMAO~ I have no where near that much. but, I'm getting there. I'm missing alot of Tenipuri songs.. lol
He's good about throwing projects into my lap. Justin loves to go.."Baby.. I need..*toss a problem at Debbie* Fix it for me." This is just the latest. XDD
Hehehe. My mom comes to me for damn near everything she needs on a computer. She's fairly savvy, for someone who didn't grow up with a computer, but like, I keep trying to teach her how to put music on her iPod and she's like "I don't have time to learn, just put it on there for me."

me: and what are you gonna do when I move out and you want music on your ipod. mom: Call and have you come over. me: it'd be a lot easier if you learned to do it yourself. mom: why learn if i've got you to do it for me? me: so you don't have to call me when I do finally move out. mom: but i'd have a list for you, then, instead of just one song, so it's not like i'd be interrupting anything. me: ...........i do plan on having a life someday, you know. mom: .....*smiles* me: ...........*ihateyou*

Saturday morning: 7 am. Went to bed at 5 am
Me: *snore* Phone rings. *answers* What? Mom: Were you sleeping? It's late. I thought you'd be up.. and I was hoping you could take me to the store.. I need a few things and you sister is sleeping. I hate to wake her. Me: But, you can wake me? Mom: I'm sorry honey.. *guilt puring through the phone* I just thought we'd could spend time together.. I never see you.. your always on the computer. Me: ... I'm getting up.. Mom: *laughs* Take your time. I'll see you in a few minutes. Me: >_< I'm surrounded by crazy people.. I tell ya. Is it any wonder I never get off my computer? LOL

LOL, I have a bunch of iTunes playlists for the same reason - PIC's not too fond of my j-music so everything HAS to be organised (>.<);
How did the organizing go? 700+ songs...yipes! *winces in sympathy*
