My family used to live in Petone - for a while they camped on the beach there (when they arrived in January 1840 there wasn't much else there!) I really like the train ride out to the Hutt too - harbour view all the way.

Let me know your address when you are moved in. Are you going to NZJC?

We move in in a week, so we will send out a "finally have a place to live" thing then with all the details. I can't wait!!

I'm not going to NZJC as it's a friends hens weekend, but Des is thinking about it. Are you going?
