My body is really loving this schedule. I am amazed at how just having a solid sleep schedule has made a huge difference. When you see me again, you will see that the light in my eyes is brighter!
I got a bunch of fresh produce at Whole Foods. I am really enjoying being able to cook again... Fall is the perfect time to get back in the kitchen!!

I have a couple friends who require gluten-free foods, so I've been very curious myself about cooking without wheat (and carbs in general). I love the idea of making zucchini, carrot, and cucumber ribbons; not all together, but in general, taking a peeler and making ribbons out of these veggies and using them as "noodles." I look forward to seeing what dishes you conjure with this new approach!
