my yesterday
Yesterday was an interesting day with some great and not-great stuff. First great thing that happened was that I don't have to pay the $250 fee!!!! :D I was fully expecting to have to meet with the dean of the other school and now I don't have to! Yay! Good day at work. I was an aide for the first four hours and now I'm on heart monitors, which is so easy. Well, sort of. It's all fun and games until somebody codes... Lol.
I got a surprise cancel from 11am to 3pm, which was nice. I rescheduled my gyno appt, sent an email to my dean of nursing to try to talk her out of the $250 fee, and had a good ( Read more... ) -

So last Friday, I had an atrocious day where I got yelled at by my doctor for trying to call and get a note for the day that Angel died, chastised by my anesthesiologist uncle for asking for a doctor's note (you'd think I had wanted to skip because it was a nice day outside or something! seriously!), and then denied by five or six answering ( Read more... ) -

I had a bit of a rough week, but I had an excellent weekend. : ) So there's that. I'll do a longer update later- I want to talk about Justin's plans, my horrible phone call afternoon, my stupid delegation assignment, aaaaand The Woman in Black.

Loads of relaxing...
I had such a wonderful weekend. Sunday could not have been more perfect! First, Justin and I got to sleep in, which felt so good. We both slept about 12 hours. I was exhausted from the reddit party the night before and he was exhausted from the drive.

Which is always nice. I was annoyed with him this morning because last night he didn't say good night. Again. What the fuck? Is it too much to get a good night every night? interesting opportunity
Having a sad day, but I think it's only because I didn't sleep well last night. That never ever puts me in a good mood. I'm just glad that Justin is coming home on Saturday and I don't have to work this weekend. I also did my taxes and I'm getting $1600 back! I got an 88% on my midterm! Not bad. It's the highest by far that I've heard out of my fellow students, and that's always a good feeling. Maybe February will turn things around after all. I've finished my 50 questions, by the way! I hope you've enjoyed them.
