Just for the record, I'm sorry I haven't updated in... well, ages. I've written stuff, but haven't completed anything and I don't think putting WiP /oneshots/ that will never be completed on here is the best of ideas. This is the first thing I've completed in a while.

I've also updated my f-list, sorry for the delay.

Okay, officially awesome. XD You made it work! Which is... Well, it's proof of that fanficrants motto, "a good enough writer can make anything work."

...still, OW, my brain.

Eeh, thanks! I haven't really shown it around yet because, well, so I don't have much of an idea as to how well it works; it's good to know you think it does. :D

And don't worry, my brain still hurts too. Especially because I /still/ have no real idea what Ty Lee was thinking. (First time I've written a character without having a clue how their thought processes work. Ty Lee is hard.)

You're welcome! And hey, I'm impressed you found the guts to mention it at all if you're unsure about it. ^_^ (Don't take that the wrong way--I have trouble mentioning even my best-received fics to people in conversations, most of the time.)

Heh, I am a long, long ways from even trying to write Ty Lee. I have difficulty even with fairly straight-forward characters sometimes, and she would be haaard except for maybe bit appearances where I could just write her as similar to canon appearances.

I just figured it was a good example of "on the other hand, sometimes you probably should decry all responsibility and duck". Especially if you don't usually write crack pairings; I don't want anyone to think I actually seriously support this or think it happened in canon. Plus, I had something of an idea that it was good judging by the reaction of the one person I showed it to (although I wasn't sure there either, given that she was the one who encouraged me ( ... )

if you practice with Azula you have to be good enough not to bore her and bad enough to genuinely lose. It's just like walking a tightrope; Ty Lee thinks of it as practice for the circus.

That phrase really stuck out at me. It was... perfect? Heh heh.

Anywho, very interesting! Haven't seen this pairing before. :) Kind of... brain-breaking. :P In a good way.

P.S. Ty Lee is hard to write.
