I think I'm seriously suffering from a caffeine addiction. As in, without caffeine I turn into grumpy-tired-mentally-hazy-puss. For days. This = not cool. How long does it take to detox?
As with any substance, I always found weening yourself off it is way better than cold turkey. Try to just drink tea, then start slipping yourself decaffeinated stuff, and then eventually go off it all together. <3 I second Marissa, good luck!
