Things are cool. I just confirmed with a sub-lessee for June and July, while Isaac and I are galavanting about the New World on our respective intellectual pursuits. LOL, it's funny because I probably will be one of those goobers supplying scholarships for poor, smart college students. I'll tell you what- if you're still in school when I start making actual money, I'll throw $100 your way. You know, for books : P
