Needless to say, Angie was confused.
She sat in front of her desk at home with a piece of parchment on it.
Blank.
"Angie? What did you want for-" Her mother opened the door and stopped short. Looking around her mother noticed Angie's bags weren't unpacked.
"Angie? What's going on?"
Avoiding her mothers eyess Angie rose from her desk chair.
"I... need to get out of the house."
"You've only been back a week!" Her mother was done with tiptoeing around the issue.
"I can't stay here."
"Look, it's been hard for me too Angelina but we can't just up and 'forget' our lives because of whats happened!"
"Hard?" Angie nearly choked on the word. "It's been hard for you???" Angie's hand was trembling.
"Angelina, you don't know-"
"I didn't know dad was beating the sHIT out of you until his fist was in my fucking face!" Angie screamed. "I didn't know he was a Death Eater until he showed up at the fucking school and burned my INITIALS in the GRASS!!" Tears were streaming down her face as the uncontrollable shaking made her knees weak.
"I didn't know how hard it would be to look in that fucking mirror without remembering jumping out of the window and running to the Burrow! There was a lot I didin't know but I think I'm all caught up." Scribbling a few words on a piece of parchment Angie rolled it up aand went for Cole in the cage.
"Angelina, where are you going?"
she pushed past her mother and grabbed a bag.
"I'm talking to you!" Angie ignored her mothers words but it didn't have a good effect. Quickly she grabbed her daughters wrist and forced her to turn around.
"We are NOT done here and you are not walking out of this house-'
"Like hell I'm staying here or with you EVER again." Tugging her hand away Angie backed up.
"You let it happen."
"Angelina! How can you say-"
"You let this happen." Cole perched on her shoulder, a napsack and a duffle bag along with the parchment Angie left her house, jogging down the street.
It was about four hours later that she was wandering around London, tears dried, parchment still in her hand.
Finally, she stopped to grab a bite to eat, gettinng a water and toast at a little coffee shop. Here she finished the owl.
I need to talk.
I know you're probably busy with family and whatnot but if you had a moment I would like to talk. It's not too important, I could just go for seeing a friendly face.
If you could, please send your response with Cole. I'm between places right now so you won't get much of a response if you return it to my mums house.
Just, anytime really.
~Angie.
Rubbing her jaw Angie took a deep breath and sent Cole off with the owl.
