I will definitely be posting my own explosive report about the convention. I'll hopefully have pictures as well as i'm taking my camera. I don't think there'll be videos because we've been told filming isn't allowed. I realise that won't stop some people, but i'm a chicken ;) Haha

Nonetheless, there will be a review of my con here.

BTW, if you look at my LJ you'll see the list of YT (and that's not even the private ones) videos taken at LA, where we were also expressly forbidden and there were a few power-crazed stewards going round tapping people on the shoulder when their cameras stayed in the same place for too long - you need a camera on a tripod that does both photos and video and that cuts off the viewer so it looks like it's off, apparently, in order to take continuous video while pretending to take a few snaps now and then.

Yes I do!! I've only seen the first two seasons of SG-1 but I'm working on it and I've seen all of Atlantis (backwards, I know.)

Oh wow haha! Stargate Atlantis is all kinds of fabulous, but i'm glad to hear you're getting into SG-1 as well! Sometimes i worry if people saw Atlantis first they might not like SG-1 because Atlantis turned up when the Stargate writers had really refined their style so the writing on Atlantis is great, but SG-1 takes a little while to get up to that level of quality. (I adore the early season of SG-1, don't get me wrong, but who knows how unforgiving some viewers can be.)
