I'm convinced he was telling the truth about that, and he'd probably be surprised to know what people think of him as a result... or maybe he doesn't care, because he doesn't have to care.

I don't get how mentally disturbed ppl are allowed to control lethal technologies :/

But he's mad. It doesn't bother him at all. Sane ppl get upset when we see disturbed behaviour.
